We Pay Your Rent Whilst You Build Your Home

“Rent Rescue” - Terms & Conditions

  1. The Home Rental Assistance Plan is valid to all new customers of Thrive Homes Pty Limited (Thrive) purchasing select house and land package from Thrive.
  2. The offer only applies to select house and land packages on the following sites:
    a. Lot 104 Cow Pasture, Austral
    b. Lot 1071 Arcadian Hills, Cobbitty
    c. Lot 4342 Willowdale, Leppington
    d. Lot 4036 Jordan Springs, Llandilo
    e. Lot 4020 Jordan Springs, Llandilo
    f. Lot 537 Evergreen, Spring Farm
    g. Lot 542 Evergreen, Spring Farm
    h. Lot 1279 Gregory Hills, Gregory Hills
    i. Lot 4132 The Crest, Gledswood Hills
    j. Lot 4133 The Crest, Gledswood Hills
  3. This promotion is valid to all new customers who:
    a. pay a reservation fee of $2,000 between 20 December 2018 and 30 March 2019;
    b. proceed to:
    i. unconditionally exchange land and building contracts;
    ii. pay the requisite deposits under the contracts, within 21 days of payment of the reservation fee;
    iii. settle the purchase by the completion date stated in the Contract of Sale;
    c. have approved finance; and
    d. build with Thrive.
  4. A “new customer” refers to anyone who has not yet paid a reservation fee to secure a house and land package from Thrive.
  5. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer available from Thrive.
  6. Eligible customers will receive a guaranteed payment of $10,000 from Thrive towards their rent, which is to be paid in two installments:
    a. 1st installment of $5,000, upon issue of the slab claim; and
    b. 2nd installment of $5,000, upon issue of the internal linings claim.
    This rental figure is based on a payment of $500 per week over a 20 week build period. Build period is calculated from the date the slab is poured up to and including the date of practical completion, as defined in the building contract.
  7. In the event that Thrive exceed this 20 week build period (subject to extension of time claims under the building contract), Thrive agrees to pay a further $500 per week up to a maximum period of 6 weeks. This additional rent will be paid to the customer within 7 days of handover.
  8. The total maximum period rental assistance will be paid to the customer is 26 weeks.
  9. Customers are referred to the building contract for details on permissible extensions of time. Notwithstanding the contractual terms, extensions of time for adverse weather will be claimed for periods exceeding 2 consecutive days and delays in the supply of materials exceeding 5 days.
  10. To achieve a 20 week build period, new customers cannot select any landscaping package or make any changes or select additional upgrades once the building contract has been exchanged.
  11. This Home Rental Assistance Plan is only provided to those clients who meet these terms and conditions and unconditionally exchange a land contract and building contract with Thrive, and complete settlement on the purchase of that block of land and otherwise comply with the terms and conditions of the land contract and building contract.
  12. If the Client does not proceed with the construction of their home, this promotional offer is void.
  13. The rental payment will be paid via electronic funds transfer, and must be paid into an account identical to the owner’s names that are nominated on the building contract.
  14. Thrive reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Furthermore, Thrive reserves the right to extend, change or terminate the Home Rental Assistance Plan at any time without prior notice.
  15. Thrive reserves the right to use their sole discretion to extend the 21 day deadline to exchange contracts and pay the requisite deposits. Each such request will be considered on a case by case basis, and the decision of the General Manager of Thrive is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding their decision.
  16. Any photographs, artist impressions and other pictures associated with this offer, and all other collateral, print materials, website and online products of Thrive are for illustrative purposes only.
  17. Participation in this offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Free Ducted Air Conditioning + $10K Upgrade Bonus

Thrive Homes Free Ducted Air Con + $10K Upgrade Bonus

  • Offer is valid to new Thrive Homes Pty Ltd (Thrive Homes) customers purchasing selected Thrive House and Land packages only (Lot 4526, 4529, 4633 Proposed Road Elara Estate, Marsden Park).
  • A “new customer” refers to anyone who has not yet requested a quotation (or paid a quotation acceptance fee) for their new home to be built at that address by Thrive Homes.
  • The “Free Ducted Air Con + $10K Upgrade Bonus” offer is available to all new customers who pay a $2,000 deposit on selected Thrive Homes house and land package by 5.00pm AEST Wednesday 27th February 2019 and who proceed to (i) unconditionally exchange a land contract with the developer of the land and building contract with Thrive Homes and (ii) pay the requisite deposits under both of those contracts, within 21 days of payment of the reservation fee.
  • The “Free Air Con + $10K Upgrade Bonus” will be applied as a Ducted Air Conditioning at no charge and a $10,000 credit against upgrades selected by the new customer at the time of requesting their quotation. This credit variation will be provided to the new customer once the Terms and Conditions of this offer have been met. Any unused value is not redeemable for cash and will not be issued as a credit to the building contract value. In the event that a customer deletes an upgrade after entry into The building contract, the builder reserves the right to charge the value of the upgrade to the building contract price.
  • “Free Ducted Air Con + $10K Upgrade Bonus” offer is only provided to those clients who proceed with the building of a Thrive home and cannot be transferred to a third party.
  • Thrive Homes standard building contract conditions apply.
  • This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer.
  • This offer is valid for quotations based on selected Thrive Homes House and Land packages current price. Thrive Homes reserves the right to revise, update or change prices without prior notice or obligation.
  • Thrive Homes reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Furthermore, Thrive Homes reserves the right to extend, change or terminate the “Free Ducted Air Con + $10K Upgrade Bonus” offer at any time without prior notice.

4 Bedroom home from $235k* including air-conditioning, 20mm stone to kitchen benchtops, alfresco and fixed site costs* Promotion (‘4 bedroom home for $235k’)

  • Offer is valid to Thrive Homes Pty Ltd (Thrive) customers buying a house and land package for sale by Thrive or building on own piece of land (OPOL) by Thrive.
  • Offer is only valid for Thrive’s Verve 18 Home design.
  • Offer is only valid for the Sydney Metro region. All other regions will incur an area loading fee which is to be confirmed by a Thrive sales consultant at the time of quotation request.
  • All references to the ‘Thrive’s standard range’ are offered only in conjunction with the Thrive ‘Evoque Specifications’ available from Thrive.
  • ‘4 bedroom home for $235k’ promotion is available to all new customers.
  • A “new customer” refers to anyone who has not yet requested a quotation (or paid a lot reservation fee) for their new home to be built at that address by Thrive.
  • The “4 bedroom home for $235k’” promotion is only available for new customers who:
    i. reserve a package directly with a Thrive sales consultant or present to a Thrive sales consultant their own piece of land;
    ii. pay a $2,000 lot reservation fee (H&L package) or $1,000 deposit (OPOL) by 5.00pm AEST 31st December 2019; and
    iii. proceed to (i) unconditionally exchange their land contract with the developer of the land and building contract with Thrive and (ii) pay the requisite deposits under both contracts, by no later than 5.00pm AEST 14 Novemeber 2019.
  • The ‘4 bedroom homes for $238k’ promotion refers to:
    i. Evoque specifications
    ii. Fixed site costs up to 1m fall across building envelope, if there is greater fall across the site, a fixed surcharge will be determined prior to signing quotation acceptance
    iii. Two split systems air-conditioning unit to family dining areas & master bedroom
  • Positions of units determined at the sole discretion of the air conditioning contractor.
    i. 20mm Caesarstone benchtop to kitchens only in lieu of Thrive’s standard range.
  • Colour selected based on Thrive’s standard colour scheme selection.
  • 20mm refers to bench top edge thickness only.
  • Maximum allowed width for Kitchen benchtop is 600mm.
  • Maximum allowed width for Kitchen island is 900mm.
  • Only one colour choice per Kitchen.
  • Waterfall ends not included.
  • *additional charges may apply in respect to Hidden Site Conditions as defined in the building contract and any changes to plans that are required by the Principal Certifying Authority to obtain Development Approval (DA) or Complying Development Certificate (CDC) and/or Construction Certificate (CC).
  • No credit will be offered if the full volume of any allowance is not used nor is the allowance redeemable for cash.
  • Any upgrades made to components being offered in this promotion will be priced on application and charged accordingly to the client.
  • Thrive standard building contract conditions apply. Clients must rely on their own investigations and enquiries and refer to the quotation acceptance, building contract and contract for sale of land for full terms and conditions.

  • This offer is valid for quotations based on the Thrive’s most current price list. Thrive reserves the right to revise, update or change prices without prior notice or obligation.
  • Items are in addition to or in lieu of the Evoque Specifications. Deletions of any items or items Not Applicable to the selected home design or region from the “4 bedroom homes for $235k” offer will not be credited or substituted for any other products.
  • Thrive is not responsible for any correspondence that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Thrive.
  • Thrive reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Furthermore, Thrive reserves the right to extend, change or terminate the “4 bedroom home for $235k” offer at any time without prior notice or obligation.
